Completely adjustable to your preferred spice level, this is the easiest way to elevate your ordinary steak dinner with very little effort on your part! A warning, this steak is not for the faint-hearted.

Strip Steak, room temperature

Olive Oil OR Butter
1 tbsp
Ghost Pepper Salt
to taste
Rosemary, fresh
2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
FOR THE GHOST PEPPER SALT STEAK:
- Preheat your oven to 280ºF and line a baking tray with foil.
- Pat down your steak until dry then season with our Ghost pepper salt .
- Place steak on foil and cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Pour olive oil on your skillet on the stove top over high heat.
- Remove steak from oven and immediately place on HOT skillet with fresh rosemary, searing for 3 minutes on each side
- Serve sizzling with your choice of side!
