Easy to prepare spicy and tangy chicken sliders made with our Ghost Peri-Peri. This classic combination of peri-peri and chicken makes the perfect snack for feeding a game-day crowd.

FOR THE GHOST PERI-PERI CHICKEN BURGERS:
Small soft slider bread rolls, halved

Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2.2 lb (1kg)
Mayonnaise
1 cup
2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Red cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup
Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup
DIRECTIONS:
FOR THE GHOST PERI-PERI CHICKEN SLIDERS:
- Toast bread rolls
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce and season to taste.
- Place bread roll bases onto a board. Top each with pulled chicken mixture, red cabbage and cilantro.
- Cover with bun tops and serve.
