Our fermented hot sauce is definitely a kitchen staple. The fermentation of our Habanero, Jalapeno, and various chillies give a rich umami depth of flavor that can’t be matched. We know that fermentation is great for gut health, but that is not the only reason we ferment our chillies from 6 to 12 months. These fermented chilli hot sauces have such a unique and delicious flavor and we couldn’t help ourselves and ended up making three of them!
