Paws Trails
African Dream Foods began our collaboration with the founders of PAWS TRAILS Nisha Purushothaman and Hermis Haridas when they agreed to provide their African animal photographs for the labels of African Dream Foods’ products.
“ PAWS TRAILS was created in 2015 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, by friends and wildlife photographers Nisha Purushothaman and Hermis Haridas. Both have been working in this field for over a decade and decided to join hands to form this organisation, with a mission to create a larger community of photographers and artists from all over the world to collaborate in increasing awareness about nature conservation. “
Over the past five years, PAWS TRAILS has conducted over 60 workshops and lectures on photography at various spots around the world. They have also held 23 Wildlife photography exhibitions and published two coffee table books: “The Big Cat Trails” and “The Arabian Trails.” They also conducted the first International Wildlife Festival in the Middle East, which featured speakers from all over the planet.
PAWS TRAILS also publishes two bi-monthly online magazines: “PT Explorers” and “PT Aware.” “PT Explorers” deals with all general aspects of wildlife and promotes conservation. It also features a section dedicated to art based on nature and a Cubs Corner which carries articles and photographs by kids. “PT Aware,” on the other hand, is based on a specific theme. Each edition carries articles and photographs about one endangered species in a bid to spread awareness on such a critical issue.
