Spicy Deviled Eggs

BIRD’S EYE DEVILED EGG:

• 1½ tsp plain yogurt

• 1 tsp Bird’s Eye Chilli Sauce

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Garnish with freshly chopped bird’s eye chillies and Safari Smoke Seasoning

SMOKY SWEET DREAM DEVILED EGG:

• 1 tsp plain yogurt

• 1 tsp Sweet Dream Sauce

• Smoked Chipotle Salt and pepper to taste

• Garnish with crispy bacon and Smoked Safari Seasoning

GHOST PERI-PERI DEVILED EGG:

• 1 ½ tsp plain yogurt

• 1 tsp Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce

• Ghost Pepper Salt and pepper to taste

• Garnish with black sesame seeds and dried chilli flakes

SOUTHERN BRAAI DEVILED EGG:

• 1tsp plain yogurt

• 1 ½ tsp Southern Braai Sauce

• 1/8 tsp ground cumin
• 1/8 tsp white pepper

• Salt to taste

• Garnish with crushed nachos and paprika (serve on nachos)

LEMON & GARLIC PERI-PERI DEVILED EGG:

• 1 ½ tsp plain yogurt

• 1 ½ tsp Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Sauce

• 1 tsp feta cheese
• 1/8 tsp ground cumin
• 1/8 tsp white pepper

• Salt to taste

• Garnish with crumbled feta cheese and dried parsley
