FAQs
Shipping
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We carefully package our products to protect them from whatever bumps and scratches they might encounter before reaching you, so in-transit damage is extremely rare. That said, if you’ve ordered from the website and received a damaged or incorrect order, we’re more than happy to set you up with a refund or exchange.
The bottom line? If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. Get the full scoop on returns and reimbursement via our Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll shoot you its tracking number via email. If you run into any issues or have questions about its status, drop us a line at info@africandreamfoods.com and we’ll help you sort things out!
When will my order ship?
As far as we’re concerned, the sooner we can introduce your taste buds to authentic African flavor, the better! We’re typically able to have orders packaged, dispatched, and headed your way in 1-3 business days. If we hit any roadblocks we’ll reach out and let you know.
Where do you ship from?
Crafted in Cape Town, our small-batch sauces and seasonings are a true-blue product of Africa, but we assemble in Cape Town and ship to our fulfillment center in near Los Angeles, USA where we dispatch them to our customers in USA and Canada. This shaves days (or even weeks) off our fulfilment window, allowing us to deliver authentic flavor on a tighter timeline.
How much does shipping cost?
We hate to hear “It depends” as much as the next person, but…it depends! Shipping prices are location specific. Click here to see what it will cost to get our hot sauces and spices delivered to your door.
USA: Flat rate of $9.50 on all orders under $50.00 and FREE shipping for all orders above
Canada: Calculated at checkout
RSA: Calculated at checkout
*Wholesale shipping rates are all custom quoted per order
Conservation
How can I have my photos featured on ADF products?
Our goal is to use every aspect of this company—packaging included—to raise awareness about Africa’s endangered animals. If you’re a wildlife photographer who is passionate about the African continent and interested in dynamic collaboration opportunities, we want to hear from you!
Shoot us a message through our contact form telling us a little bit about you, your area(s) of expertise, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. We’ll be in touch shortly!
How is ADF helping conservation efforts in Africa?
When you purchase a bottle of ADF sauce or seasoning, between .10 and .40 cents is donated to African wildlife organizations that are fueling grassroots conservation efforts, working to stop poaching, protecting precious habitats, and raising awareness about at-risk animals across the continent.
Currently, we’re partnering with the following organizations but we’re always on the lookout to partner with African conservation organizations that are catalyzing change and raising awareness. If that sounds like you or your organization, shoot us a message and let’s talk about partnerships/teaming up!
