Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

FOR THE BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER WINGS:

• 1 medium head cauliflower (1-1/2 to 2 lbs.)

• 2 cups plant-based milk

• 1/4 cup arrowroot flour or cornstarch

• 1 tsp Ghost Pepper Salt

• 1-1/4 cup almond flour

• 1 tbsp Habanero Chili Salt

• 1 tsp ground cumin

• 1/2 cup Lemon & Garlic Peri-Peri Sauce

• 1/3 cup vegan butter or olive oil

• 2 tsp honey or maple syrup  

• Celery and carrot sticks, to serve (optional)

FOR THE TAHINI DIP:

• 1/4 cup tahini

• 3 tbsp lemon juice, or to taste

• 1/2 tsp Habanero Chilli Salt

• 1 tsp chopped dill or chives  

• 2-3 tbsp warm water or as needed
