This is my take on the popular Korean Fried Chicken, but a healthier version. Crispy oven-baked chicken wings coated in an Asian-inspired sweet & spicy sauce made with our Sweet Dream Sauce.

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a large baking sheet tray with parchment paper.
Pat the chicken wings with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible and add to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, combine baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder
Sprinkle half of your baking powder mixture on your wings and toss to coat. Sprinkle the remaining mixture and toss again until your wings are evenly coated.
Place the chicken wings on prepared baking sheet and place in oven.
Bake the wings for 20 minutes then flip and return them to oven for an additional 20-25 minutes.
To make your sauce. In a small saucepan, add the Sweet Dream Sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, dried chilli flakes, ginger and garlic and heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until sauce reaches boil. Simmer for 15 minutes and remove from heat and set aside.
Once your wings are done, remove them from the oven and to a large mixing bowl. Pour your sauce on top and toss to coat.
Top with a sprinkling of toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions and red chili slices. Serve immediately.
