Easy to prepare spicy and tangy chicken sliders made with our Ghost Peri-Peri. This classic combination of peri-peri and chicken makes the perfect snack for feeding a game-day crowd.

Ingredients
- 8 small soft slider bread rolls, halved

2.2lb (1 kg) chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Ghost Peri Peri Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbageÂ
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantroÂ
Directions
Toast bread rolls
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce and season to taste.
- Place bread roll bases onto a board. Top each with pulled chicken mixture, red cabbage and cilantro.
- Cover with bun tops and serve.
