Easy to prepare spicy and tangy chicken sliders made with our Ghost Peri-Peri. This classic combination of peri-peri and chicken makes the perfect snack for feeding a game-day crowd.

Ingredients

8 small soft slider bread rolls, halved
2.2lb (1 kg) chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Ghost Peri Peri Sauce
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Directions

Toast bread rolls
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce and season to taste.
Place bread roll bases onto a board. Top each with pulled chicken mixture, red cabbage and cilantro.
Cover with bun tops and serve.
