Something for the spice lovers! Taking your usual NY Strip steak to the next level with our hot Ghost Pepper Salt! A warning, this steak is not for the faint hearted!

Ingredients

1 pound strip steak, room temperature

1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Ghost Pepper Salt

2 tbsp rosemary, fresh
Directions
Preheat your oven to 280ºF and line a baking tray with foil.
Pat down your steak until dry then season with our Ghost pepper salt.
- Place steak on foil and cook in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Pour olive oil on your skillet on the stove top over high heat.
- Remove steak from oven and immediately place on HOT skillet with fresh rosemary, searing for 3 minutes on each side
- Serve sizzling with your choice of side!
