A super easy and delicious pasta salad to throw together as the perfect side for any cookout, pairs perfectly with whatever you are putting on the grill this summer!

Ingredients

1lb/460g fusilli/rotini pasta

½ cup cherry tomatoes, whole or halved

½ cup baby spinach, shredded
-
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed small
-
½ cup full fat mayonnaise
-
½ cup buttermilk
-
¼ cup sour cream
-
½ tsp garlic, minced
-
½ tbsp lime juice
-
1½ - 2 tbsp Jalanasco - Fermented Jalapeno Sauce
FOR THE PASTA SALAD:
JALANASCO - FERMENTED JALAPENO DRESSING:
Directions
Combine all ingredients for the Jalanasco dressing (mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, garlic powder, lime juice and of course, the Jalanasco sauce ) into a bowl and mix well until all combined.
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the packaging, drain and rinse in cold water, then add your pasta to a medium bowl with cherry tomatoes (whole OR halved, depending on the size), baby spinach (shredded) and mozzarella cheese (cubed) and mix.
- Add the sauce to your pasta salad and stir well until all pasta is fully coated.
Recipe Note
- Use a higher quality mayonnaise for a better flavored & creamier dressing
