Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce Surf n Turf

Directions

1. Heat grill to high. Cut 4 sheets of foil about 11” long.

2. In a blender, combine garlic, seafood seasoning, cumin, thyme, black pepper, and Ghost Peri Peri, and process until smooth.
3. Divide steak, shrimp, corn, tomatoes, onion, lime, and garlic between each foil pack. Drizzle with the blended mixture and mix until all the ingredients are well coated.
4. Fold each foil pack crosswise over to completely cover the food mixture. Roll top and bottom edges to seal.
5. Place foil packs on the grill and cook until shrimp is cooked through and steak is finished to your desired doneness, 6 to 8 minutes per side.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lime wedges.
