Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaiseÂ
- 2 tbsp Ghost Peri-Peri Sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium red onion, cut thin slices
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/4 lb. boneless ribeye steak
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 5 oz. baby spinachÂ
- 1 avocado, pitted, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
- Micro pea shoot leaves, for serving (optional)

Directions
Blend all the dressing ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.
- Prepare a grill for medium-high heat; Generously season steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, turning occasionally, at about 6 minutes per side. Transfer steak to a cutting board. Let cool slightly. Thinly slice steak against the grain.
- On a large platter, arrange baby spinach. Top with grilled steak, onions, avocado, tomatoes, feta cheese, and micro pea shoots, if using. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
