A trendy Tik Tok favorite - Airfryer corn riblets made using the African Dream Foods Safari Smoke Seasoning.
Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob, cut lengthwise
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Safari Smoke Seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- fresh cilantro
Optional Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Jalanasco - Fermented Jalapeno Sauce
- 1 lime juice and zest
Directions
Mix the olive oil, Safari Smoke Seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder and fresh herbs in a small bowl.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the corn ribs on all sides with the oil mixture.
- Place the pieces of corn in the air fryer basket, making sure to keep them in a single layer.
- Air fry the ribs at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping them after 5 minutes. They will be curled and lightly charred, and crisp when they are done.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Jalanasco - Fermented Jalapeno Sauce, lime juice, and zest, mix until well combined. Pour into a small bowl and serve with riblets.
