Delicious and easy to prepare sausage stuffing balls packed with cranberries, African Dream Foods Smoked Chipotle Salt and wrapped in bacon.
Ingredients

1lb pack pork sausages
-
Bunch spring onions, finely chopped
-
3 oz dried cranberries
-
Handful fresh rosemary, chopped
-
5 oz fresh white breadcrumbs
-
1 tsp Smoked Chipotle Salt
-
1 medium egg, beaten

16 rashers streaky bacon
Directions
Preheat the oven to gas 390 F.
- Remove the skins from the sausages and put the sausage meat in a large bowl with all the other ingredients except the streaky bacon.
- Season with Smoked Chipotle Salt and, using your hands, work it all together until well mixed and evenly distributed.
- Form into 16 short sausage shapes and wrap each one in a piece of streaky bacon. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes.
