Our Jalanasco - Fermented Jalapeno Sauce is vinegar forward, which means it works perfectly to cut through the richness of a dish and bring much-needed acidity to your cooking. We age Jalapeno peppers for 6 to 12 months to create a tangy, umami-flavored, Tabasco-style sauce, with a mild Jalapeno Pepper heat.
